1. DUST-LADEN AIR ENTERS
Polluted air enters through the inlet. Baffle plate reduces velocity and distributes air evenly.
02. PRIMARY FILTRATION
Air passes through filter bags. Dust particles are trapped on the outer surface.
03. DUST CAKE FORMATION
A layer of dust builds up on the bag surface, enhancing filtration efficiency.
04. CLEAN AIR OUTLET
Filtered air passes into the clean air chamber and exits through the stack.
05. BAG CLEANING (PULSE JET)
Compressed air pulses inflate the bags, dislodging dust from the surface.
06. DUST COLLECTION
Dislodged dust falls into the hopper and is removed via rotary valve or conveyor.
